PARC Developments is proud to deliver a new benchmark in social housing with the commencement of a $23.54 million project in North Coogee. In partnership with the Western Australian Department of Housing and Works, and supported by the Albanese and Cook Labor governments under the Commonwealth’s Social Housing Accelerator Payment fund, this development will provide 38 new homes for individuals and families on the public housing waitlist. The project comprises 12 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and two studio apartments, all designed to offer safe, secure, and affordable accommodation in a highly sought-after coastal location.

In partnership builders Tyrone Group, this innovative project marks the first use of commercial prefabrication masonry in Australia, significantly reducing construction timelines and ensuring faster delivery of much-needed housing. Completion is anticipated in late 2026, after which a Community Housing Provider will manage the residences. Located along Reinforcement Parade, the development offers residents easy access to the beach, public transport, and Fremantle’s vibrant amenities, supporting both social inclusion and community wellbeing.
