Boutique inner‑Freo apartment living reimagined for a new generation.

Oriana is being reimagined as a boutique three‑storey apartment building on Quarry Street in inner Fremantle. Planned as 10, one and two bedroom apartments, the project will offer a small, neighbourly community with all the benefits of modern apartment living just moments from Fremantle’s cafés, arts and waterfront.

Project Description

Oriana’s next chapter will see the site transition from a terrace housing concept to a compact three‑storey apartment building that better responds to Fremantle’s and Western Australia’s housing needs. The current vision is for approximately 10 light‑filled, one and two bedroom apartments, with generous balconies and flexible layouts suited to both owner‑occupiers and lock‑and‑leave lifestyles.

Located in a quiet pocket of Quarry Street, residents will enjoy a walkable connection to Fremantle’s thriving food, arts and commercial heart, while still feeling part of an intimate residential street. As with all PARC projects, the design will draw on Fremantle’s heritage and coastal character, with a focus on durable, low‑maintenance materials and a calm, contemporary aesthetic.

Status

Oriana is currently in the early design phase, with the development team working towards a refreshed scheme suitable for development approval and project funding during 2026. Further design details, imagery and apartment information will be released as the project progresses through planning and into delivery.
