North Coogee Social Housing Project Reaches Major Construction Milestone
Topping Out Ceremony Celebrates Record Progress and Strong Collaboration
PARC Developments is proud to announce, along with its builder Tyrone Group, a major construction milestone at its $23.54 million North Coogee social housing development, with the project officially Topping Out on 19 December 2025, just in time to celebrate the holiday season.
The achievement was celebrated on site through a milestone event known as the “das Richtfest” in its country of origin, Germany. This brought together key project partners, consultants, and delivery teams to recognise the exceptional progress made to date.
Reaching this milestone after just six months represents a significant outcome for a development of this scale and highlights the strength of the construction methodology employed by Tyrone.
This rapid progress has been made possible through the dedication of Tyrone Group’s core construction team, alongside subcontractors and on-site personnel who continue to drive momentum throughout the delivery phase.

Safety and Quality at the Forefront
Importantly, the Project has maintained a zero-harm safety record, with no injuries recorded to this point of construction. This milestone reflects the Project Teams unwavering commitment to safe work practices, supported by robust construction systems, established safety procedures, and ongoing checks and balances on site.
The milestone not only marks structural completion but also reinforces the reliability of modern construction methodologies in delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently—without compromising safety or design intent.
On Track for Completion
With construction continuing to progress strongly, the Project remains on track for completion by September 2026, with potential for early delivery should current momentum be maintained.
Once complete, the project will deliver 38 new social housing residences, providing safe, secure, and affordable homes for Western Australians in need, within the highly connected coastal community of North Coogee.
This milestone underscores PARC Developments’ ongoing commitment to design-led, community-focused social housing, setting new benchmarks for construction efficiency, safety performance, and collaborative delivery.
