Originally envisioned as Western Australia’s first mass timber-framed office building, the project is now being reimagined as a six-storey mixed-use development. This evolution reflects our commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable spaces that respond to the changing needs of the community and the market.

As part of this repositioning, PARC Developments is strengthening the project team to bring fresh expertise and vision to hArbour. We are actively assembling a new team to ensure the next phase of hArbour sets new benchmarks in design, sustainability, and urban integration.
